Tera is best for a company that needs regular IT support. Our Tera package includes unlimited helpdesk support for an affordable monthly support plan. Designed for businesses that depend on smooth-running IT, Tera will give you all the benefits of Giga plus unlimited helpdesk support. Peta is our complete IT support package for business that rely on IT. With all the benefits of Giga and Tera, our Peta package will give you the peace of mind that your data security has been audited by experts. With added security features, Peta provides the confidence that your emails are filtered, your staff are prepared and you are protected by the best antivirus on the market. Peta also includes Microsoft 365 backups for added external data security.

Giga is the very minimum that businesses should subscribe to. We manage your security updates and install our antivirus software. We also monitor your computers and are ready to support you whenever you need us.
Although 95% of the time we can fix your IT issues remotely, all our contract clients receive 20% off any onsite IT support that may be needed.
Tera clients also have unlimited Helpdesk Support, enabling us to quickly and effectively fix IT problems by taking control of the user’s computer. Unlimited Helpdesk Support also includes Remote PC Set Up, taking away all the stress of setting up new PCs. All with the comfort of a fixed price, monthly support plan, helping you control your IT budget.
Peta, our complete IT support package will give you the confidence that you are protected by the best virus, spam and phishing filtering service on the market. You will also have the peace of mind that we are monitoring your computers around the clock. Once we install our application onto your devices then our Remote Monitoring Suite proactively checks your devices and spots small problems before they turn into big ones!
All our contract clients are covered by our Data Recovery Guarantee! Do you want the reassurance that your emails, calendar and data is securely backed up? The Data Recovery Guarantee applies to all Giga, Tera and Peta clients who have either: Stored their data on a server (which is included in their subscription), has subscribed to our cloud backup service and in addition has at least two external backup disks in daily rotation; or have stored their data in OneDrive or SharePoint and subscribed to our Office 36 Backup Service. If you subsequently lose data, we will reimburse one month’s subscription to your IT Support Package.
We will make every effort to fix your IT problems via our remote Helpdesk Support. If, however our first line IT Support Technician is unable to resolve the matter it will be passed immediately to our second line IT Support Technician.
If our second line IT Support Technician is unable to fix the issue remotely, we will inform you that on-site support is required and prioritise a visit to your premises in accordance with the Service Request priorities.
We can guarantee to fix a hardware issue, but that may mean replacing hardware, possibly including your P.C or laptop. We cannot however guarantee to fix software issue that is not supported or licenced.
This guarantee is subject to the Guaranteed Fix exclusion list provided in your proposal.
Any subsequent on-site support will be charged for according to the Rate Schedule provided.

You must contact the Bandicoot Helpdesk immediately for support if you have any difficulty implementing any of the recommendations detailed in your Security Audit Report.
If, subsequently you suffer from an encryption virus, we will classify your Service Request as a Critical Priority and guarantee a maximum, 1 hour response time as per our Guaranteed Response Times outlined in this Agreement. We will also clean or reinstall any infected device/s free of charge.
This guarantee becomes effective once you have implemented any recommendations from your IT Security Audit and Report and relevant staff have attended the Phishing Awareness Training.
