What we do for Axiom Engineering
Axiom were getting increasingly frustrated by the slow response from the current IT professional, who it transpired, had a new full time job and was shutting his old IT support company down. We started monitoring and patching the network devices, backing all the server data offsite and installed security software to minimize risk of virus infection or data theft. Craig and his team are now looked after and know that we are only a phone call away if they need remote support.

We moved all our IT support away from another provider in June 2019 after experiencing major problems with support. Bandicoot and the team have been brilliant, working away in the background with a seamless handover and excellent support when we need it.
